FAIRNESS
Right of reply
People and organisations named in Watchdesk may provide relevant factual context, a response or evidence of an outcome.
Last updated 30 August 2026
What we will consider
- A correction supported by primary documents.
- A concise response to a material allegation or regulatory action.
- Evidence that a proceeding, investigation or application has changed status.
- A final outcome, withdrawal, dismissal, approval, refusal or completed remedy.
How responses are handled
A material response is summarised fairly and attached to the same permanent case record. Space is not guaranteed for irrelevant promotion, personal attacks or claims that cannot be checked.
We distinguish a subject’s statement from independently confirmed fact.
Urgent matters
When the public inbox becomes active, requests involving an imminent deadline or serious factual error will be prioritised. Little Headlines Perth may temporarily label a disputed item as under review while evidence is assessed.
