$93 million Canning Highway proposal is under assessment
The State planning record lists an 11-storey mixed-use proposal at 326 Canning Highway with 203 apartments and seven commercial tenancies, including a micro-brewery, liquor store, shops and hospitality uses. Public comment has closed.
WHY IT MATTERS
Its scale, housing yield and range of commercial uses make it a material local proposal, but no approval has been granted.

The City is advertising a change of use from consulting room to medical centre at 51 Waddell Road until 5 pm on 7 September.

Three Bicton road surfaces await final markings
The City works register records resurfacing at View Terrace, Birdwood Circus East and Murray Road as awaiting signage and pavement markings from Main Roads WA.
WHY IT MATTERS
The main asphalt work is further advanced than a future promise, but the projects are not fully closed until the final markings and signage are installed.
